We collect the story details, contact email, and, for packages that include cover art or a lyric video, the photo you provide, to write and produce your personalized song. This information is stored securely and used only to create and deliver your order.

Your story details are shared with our AI songwriting provider only to generate lyrics for your order. We do not use your story or photos for advertising, our portfolio, or social media unless you separately and explicitly opt in.

Photos and order files are kept in private storage and are never given a permanent public web address. Unpaid orders are automatically removed after a limited retention period.

We do not sell personal information. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
