Terms of Service

yoursongstory creates a personalized song. Depending on the package you choose, your order may also include cover art, a lyric card, an instrumental version, a second version of the song, a short lyric video and a digital poster, all based on the story you submit.

Song lyrics are generated from the story details you provide and shown to you before checkout. You may edit them, ask for a new version, or confirm them as written. By completing checkout, you confirm that the lyrics shown at that point are the ones you want produced.

If your package includes cover art or a lyric video, you confirm that you have the right to submit any photo you upload for that purpose, and that you have the appropriate authority or permission to provide any photo of other people, including minors, that appears in your submission.

Standard production targets delivery within 2 days of payment. Rush delivery, where purchased, targets delivery within 4 hours. These are goals, not guaranteed contractual deadlines.

Finished files are delivered digitally through a private link sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
